Hovig grew up in a musical family and started playing the piano from the age of 4. He composed his first piece in his early teens, and since then has continued to write various songs, compositions and arrangements.
He has written 4 musicals in collaboration with colleagues and produced over a dozen established and original productions. In 2021, he released 2 piano albums - Peaceful (Jan 2021) and Peaceful Christmas (Dec 2021) - in addition to a number of singles and music videos.
