Life ebbs and flows - sometimes it’s good, and sometimes not; sometimes we’re happy, and other times sad.
The title track of this album reflects these patterns in our life, and the personal ebb and flow of my own life - moving in 2020 from the seaside of the Kent coast to the Ashdown Forest near East Grinstead.
The album brings together all of my solo piano singles from 2021 and 2022, and three additional tracks.
